Delicious lunch with one of the best beers in Franconia. Likes to spend their lunch break here. The service staff sometimes shows the typical "Franconian friendliness" - but I think that's part of it and is no reason for a star deduction. I can only recommend it!

Hello brewery fans, Today I had to distribute a negative star at the time of Corona, because this slightly thicker woman at the standing closet simply slammed the bolt without saying anything. I had a very good experience in the beer garden that borders the brewery courtyard. The Herren Pils is a very successful, fine-bitter pils, which is a refreshing counterpoint with all the malty dark, smoked beer and wheat beer. Special praise also goes to the kitchen for the sauerkraut and the sausage salad. I will gladly come again.

We love the Keesmann's little garden. The food is good and the beer is of course one of the most agreeable in town. We also love the rustic pub, women like to come here, especially in winter.

The food was average, vegetables a flour. Not recommendable. Beer wasn't a revelation.

Cozy garden, very friendly and attentive service. Small but fine selection of vegetarian dishes. Italian grilled vegetables with halloumi and pesto are delicious. Great beers - especially wheat beer. Be sure to try the Bock oak as a nightcap.

I had the opportunity to attend this brewery which has now become one of the historic breweries in the city. Classic productions are excellent. The brewery is very nice with the copper cooking room set in the classic tiles. a proper thanks to the brewers for the possibility of a tour inside which can be agreed simply by asking at the entrance of the brewery. Absolutely to visit also the Gasthaus where to eat among the best classic meals in full German style. Low prices and excellent quality

Excellent place. Family run microbrewery with great beer and food. Has unusual opening times so be sure to check before you arrive! Plenty of space for both indoors and outdoors indulgence. Highly recommended!

Wheat beer was sour, locals drink pils.

Make sure you are really hungry before coming here as the portions are massive. Cozy place full of locals, great beer and fair prices.

Well, the best and only the best dinner in Germany for me so far. You can tell the philosophy of the chef is quite different from the local restaurant once you see your order. I can taste the french style perfectly fusion into Bamberg tradition food. The change within the course is amazing and out of my imagination. With the house brew, you are on the top of the world. Trust me, when you see the menu only, you may think it's a bit expensive with compare to local restaurants. After the meal, you will think every penny you paid is absolutely worthy.

Though their Herren Pils is perhaps the most popular Pils in the region, this brewery stays under the radar for all but the most astute beer tourists. That's okay, its yet another great Bamberg brewery, serving up excellent food and beer to mostly locals in a very authentic setting. Their Bock is not to be missed if there in winter. It's right across from Mahrs so going to both in one excursion makes the most sense. The duck breast is amazing and I had a special Fest beer the last time in that was exceptional.

Unique pilsner. Schnitzel panade unique. Everything is self-made with the salad. Prices perfectly fine and fair. Anytime again
